VistaEverest- Study in USA

The right approach for students going to pursue higher study in USA:

Most Nepalese parents cannot afford 4 year undergraduate fees in the USA . And the kid also gives up after 2- 3 years as it becomes tough to complete his study ( without going into Probation) and covering tuition and living costs in the mean time. Also being outside of home, feeling liberated and young age leads him/her towards an easy life. So, giving up the education becomes more convenient for him.

Doing a two year Masters in the USA seems more convenient to budget and less time consuming. However he has no hands-on experience and proper skills acquired while he completed his Bachelor in Nepal. So,  as the person anyhow completes masters cannot compete in the matured and highly competitive market of USA and get a job. He is lured to an Indian employer who on the name of H1B gives a total 4 hour crash course in 4 weekends  and Markets resume with 6 plus years of fake experience. It becomes very hard for a candidate to defend 6+ years of resume experience with very limited practical knowledge/skills he has.

It is a matter of hire-fire until the person is resilient in taking humiliation and learning through the painful process of numerous firing. Many quit the field in between and take shortcuts or get other easy paths along the process. So, “I will go and study Masters in the USA and will do as the situation tells me”  is the wrong approach.  Studying bachelors on the subject which you are interested in and trying to get the relevant skills/experience while you are pursuing bachelors or after doing bachelors for a few years. And then only pursuing Masters to get more advanced knowledge/skills/experience on the domain is the more beneficial approach in the long run to thrive and sustain in the USA.
